Office Administration Assistant – Footfall Ltd – Galway

Description

The intern will gain practical experience in a variety of general office administration duties in our fast moving, busy office in Oranmore. The intern will receive extensive training in the a range of office skills eg answering and directing phone calls, directing and responding to emails, opening and directing post, completion of docket books, electronic and traditional filing of images and documents, use of Salesforce, assisting in completing quotations and tenders, and other office administration tasks as they arise. On completion the intern will have attained skills and gained experience in: customer service, sales support, product knowledge and using business information systems.

Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate will have good computer skills (a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email would be an advantage), excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and a pleasant and professional phone manner. The person should be eager to learn and enjoy working as part of a busy, productive team. A qualification in business, marketing or advertising would be an advantage but not essential.
