We are looking for professional and flexible candidates with Receptionist experience from corporate/financial environment to provide Reception cover for our clients based in Dublin. Main responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients and guests in professional manner; Answering, monitoring and directing calls; Meeting rooms bookings; Ordering taxis; Following security procedures; Administration duties may be required. Please note that that bookings may vary from one day with same day notice or up to a week with short notice. Requirements: Recent experience in working in corporate/banking environment is required; Fluent English; Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills; Flexible attitude to working hours and locations; Available at short notice.

Salary: €11.00ph – €12.00ph
