Training Administration Assistant – Irish Deaf Society – Dublin

We provide advocacy services as well as education and training courses, classes and workshops for adults. In addition to our Deaf adult education classes we provide ISL classes for the general public. The IDS Further Education and Training Department is part funded by SOLAS.

Role Review
You will be assisting the work and activities in our Further Education and Training department to provide administration support. This is an exciting role with a wide variety of tasks promoting and managing our courses. Training will be provided as required for specialist tasks.

Experience in general administration duties
Excellent command of English
Proofreading skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command of Irish Sign Language
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Applications
Third Level education an advantage
Post is subject to Garda Vetting
Salary is negotiable, according to experience and qualifications.
