Our Client – A well-known Catering Company are recruiting for a Catering General Manager in Dublin. This is a high level role in a corporate environment and an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Irish company. The role of the Manager is a standalone and senior role, liaising with the Key Account Manager and the client on a regular basis, for ongoing upkeep. You need 3-5 years experience in a similar role with restaurant, hospitality or catering experience. Attention to detail, high level presentation standards, excellent customer-client relationship management skills and excellent knowledge of coffee standards and procedures are required in this role. Strong knowledge of food safety procedures and HACCP standards are essential. Candidates should possess financial awareness in relation to margins and retail bottom line, cashing up and banking procedures and stock-taking.

Skills Requirements

Person Profile: Positive, passionate, can do work ethic with a strong business and financial acumen. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a managerial role in a similar environment. Experience of working in a fast paced customer environment.
