Job Overview: Due to a busy season approaching our client is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the role of Sous Chef. Skills: Key Duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Work alongside existing team to prepare and deliver high quality food to customers. Be in charge of the kitchen when the head chef is absent. Ensuring high culinary standards are met. Keep the kitchen environment safe and hygienic. Assist the Head Chef with writing menus and creating new recipes. Be in charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
