Our client is currently looking to recruit a Mine Production Manager for their company based in Cavan. The Mine Production Manager will lead the mining team to meet and exceed all required Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as set out by the company and national legislation achieving high levels of operational efficiency and customer service. They will lead by example developing and sustaining a culture of high performance and personal ownership engaging and motivating their team to deliver cost effective production.
