Office Administrator – Oates Auctioneers – Co Roscommon

Description

This position is multi-faceted and entails, telephone answering, front office client liaison, drafting documents and correspondence, managing electronic and printed files, organising diaries and appointments for both Auctioneering and Insurance. The successful candidate must have computer and strong written and oral skills. They must have good interpersonal skills, a well presented appearance, be able to work independently and be of an organised disposition. Confidentiality is a prerequisite for this position. Must be able to operate general office equipment, be experienced in word and excel and have a good understanding of databases and basic software administration.
