This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Production Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years experience to progress their career in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a permanent role – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm working hours. The client require a Production Supervisor either degree qualified or with proven industry experience. The successful candidate must be energetic with proven abilities in maximising production efficiencies whilst minimising waste. You will be a proven team leader with strong communication skills. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience. Key Accountabilities are but not limited to; Maximise the product efficiencies. Production scheduling. Responsible for meeting deadlines and analysis of deadlines not achieved and actions to be taken to prevent the same issue reoccurring. Play a key role in implementation of change. Introduce and lead process improvement initiatives through the uses of Lean methodologies. Lead the production team.
