Northwood Technology is Irelands fastest growing and most dynamic provider of Security Solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm & Fire Alarm. Representing world class manufacturers here in Ireland Northwood are expanding their business to include a Sales Administrator / Support Person Role: The role involves dealing with our customers on a daily basis through telephone interaction. Key skills include communication, time-management, and the ability to multi-task along with effective people skills. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1.Taking incoming calls from customers and Sales Representatives, processing orders and quotes. 2.TeleSales – Proactively calling existing customers and database, ability to achieve daily targets based on outbound calls. 3.Securing, retaining and growing new and existing business / customers. 4.You will generate your own leads whilst pursuing and closing existing leads.

Skills Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Expertise required: Experience within the Security Technological Sector incl. Burglar Alarm, Fire Systems, IP CCTV & Access Control is essential. Must be highly motivated to grow sales and have a proven track record in dealing with trade customers. Confident in dealing with customers. Excellent Administrative and Communication Skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in the use of IT systems.
