Accounts Assistant – Oradeo – Dublin 24

Description

Responsibilities will include:Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll. Updating employee details on our CRM system.Dealing with any payroll queries. Liaising with operations manager and clients.Bank Reconciliations. Managing Petty Cash.Purchase Ledger Payments.Posting Payment Journals. Accounts Administration Duties.Ad hoc support to the Chief Financial Officer\Financial Accountant.

Skills Requirements

The successful candidates have the following profile:Graduate with an honours degree in Accounting, Business Studies or Finance and has a minimum of 1 years experience post graduate experience. Will also consider an Accounting Technician. Strong IT skills essential (Excel, Word). Ability to work independently and within a small finance team. Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines. Fluent English is essential. Fluency or knowledge of French is desirable but not essential.
