Assistant Restaurant Manager – Cork City. Fine Dining Experience is Essential. The purpose of this role is to support the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of consistent high standards of service to our customers. To develop and build relationships with customers and colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be hard working, highly motivated and be able to liaise in a professional way with the existing team. Only experienced candidates who are legallly eligible to work in Ireland and the EEA will be considered.

Skills Requirements

Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations etc. Ensure staff involved in food preparation and service receive full training. Ensure all staff are trained in the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Take responsibility for stock control.
