Description
The main duties of this role are to merchandise and rotate stock in the Delicatessen Department, maintaining hygiene and food safety, while serving food to customers, processing customer sales and requests in a fast, effective and friendly manner while assisting customers with products and recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the preparation and presentation of fresh food in a busy department. To ensure the department runs smoothly, following stock rotation policy. He/she will also have experience of HACCP and excellent customer service skill is essential. The candidate must be able to work between the deli hours 7.00am to 7.00pm.
