Full time Front Office Receptionist required. Must be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of a computerised reservation system, manage a busy switchboard, deal with advanced reservations, Cash Stream and reservation conversions. Ideal candidate must have good organisational skills, ability to Multi-task, work flexible hours and be Friendly and welcoming to develop a good rapport with Guests

The successful candidate will: Ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role. Be a team player and completely focused on customer service. Have excellent organisational skills. Be fluent in English. Be extremely passionate and confident in sales. Attention to detail and accuracy in their work. Friendly and outgoing personality. Professional manner.
