Invitation to Tender – Helpline Standards – LGBT Ireland

Introduction
LGBT Ireland is a national organisation underpinned by localised knowledge and responses. Working with our network member organisations, we provide support, training, and advocacy which aims to improve the lives of LGBT+ people and their families across Ireland.

LGBT Ireland
offers a comprehensive range of services which provide support and information on issues relating to sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
The National LGBT Helpline run by local volunteers aims to provide non-judgmental, confidential listening and support, including information and signposting, seven days a week. People can talk to us by phone or online through our instant messaging service or by attending one of our peer support groups. Our dedicated website provides a gateway to information and support throughout the country.
