Receptionist / Administrator – Dunne Property Management – Dublin 9

Description

We require a front of house administrator for our office in Glasnevin. Duties will include general reception, administration, book and record keeping, preparation of documents including Lease agreement, recording rental payments, preparing and issuing invoices and statements. Must have excellent administration skills: fluent English speaking, reading and writing, good typing skills, good telephone manner, experience of book-keeping, invoices and record keeping, good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
