Experience and Qualifications required: Reporting to the Regional Director, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. Duties will include: General office management. Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, diary and travel arrangements. Preparing financial and activity documentation for meetings. Supporting the operation of the regional accounting function. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and judgment and candidates should have the ability to work in a busy office with changing work demands and priorities. This 6 month fixed term contract is to cover secondment. A Panel may be formed from this advertisement from which future vacancies may be filled.

Skills Requirements

The ideal applicant will have: At least three years experience at a senior secretarial/admin level. Excellent IT, accounting and administration skills along with excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills. A high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is also essential coupled with an ability to utilise with other applications.
