Waterford Parent Hub Coordinator
(15 hours per week; over 3 days)
BRILL FRC is a Family Resource Centre for the communities of Ballybeg/Kilbarry, Larchville, Lisduggan and Manor St John in Waterford City. One of the programmes delivered by BRILL FRC is Waterford Parent Hub. The purpose of Waterford Parent Hub is to become a “one stop shop” for parents, to signpost them to local services and supports based on their identified parenting needs and to provide easily accessible information on forth-coming talks and parenting programmes available in Waterford City and County.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required for the post
Knowledge of Family Support and Parent Support Programmes
Knowledge of additional support services available for families and experience of signposting or referring families to these services
Practical knowledge and experience of working with families
Ability to operate as a team player in a cross disciplinary, integrated team, sharing roles and responsibilities.
An energetic, confident and pro-active individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent leadership, administrative and organisational skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
