Senior Schools Coordinator and Educational Relationship Manager – Real Nation

Description of the Role:
We are currently looking to hire an ambitious and dynamic individual to manage a registration campaign seeking to register schools for a bespoke suite of exclusive opportunities and free educational initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the campaign which involves making visits to schools and dealing one-to-one with key decision makers.

The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, have the ability to foster trust and relationships on behalf of the client and able to problem-solve and react to achieve the best results during school visits. An understanding of the educational landscape will enable the successful candidate to communicate confidently about the educational initiatives, and liaise with the key decision makers within the schools. A high-level of reporting will be required and will involve identifying and developing strategic opportunities within schools.

Role Responsibilities:
Initiate and oversee initial school communications campaign
Be an advocate for the suite of school programmes
Management of school appointments and bookings
Deliver bespoke presentations and pitches to school management
Develop and manage relationships with schools
Compile and deliver high level in-depth reporting to management and client
Maintain and update database and records
Setting realistic, efficient and achievable timelines

Ideal candidate attributes:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (fluent English essential)
An ability to develop and deliver high-end comprehensive presentations
An understanding of the educational landscape and cross-curricular learning
The ability to lead and inspire trust
Experience of relationship management
Be highly motivated

Experience in sales is desirable
Excellent time management skills
High level of office and administrative skills
Great interpersonal skills
Robust IT and record keeping ability
Excellent problem-solving and reaction skills
An ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines
Willingness to travel to school appointments
Full clean driving licence and access to own car
Available to start in mid-August
Contract duration: August – November
