Training Co-ordinator / Administrator – TMTS Training – Co. Cavan

Description

Liaising with established and new clients and securing course bookings from all industries and specifically the construction sector. Where necessary; booking and coordinating on-site delivery and venues, completing online notifications, organising course delivery materials and liaising with tutors. The candidate must be able to accurately online application forms for skills cards and certification as necessary, filing of course documents and updating training records. A strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages and a good knowledge of office skills and accounting would be beneficial for the position also.

Skills Requirements

Willingness to learn, excellent communicator, team player, Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. On the job training will be provided
