Good Knowledge of Health and Safety, with qualifications/course a distinct advantage. Road Maintenance Experience Essential. Ability to tender. Prepare Tender Submittals and Pre-Qualifications. Be able to work on their own Initiative. Full clean Driving Licence Essential. Flexible in working hours and location. Willing to travel. Good Negotiations Skills. The candidate must be highly Motivated, good at dealing with Problems and implementing Solutions.
