Purpose: Responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a working environment that supports the organisational vision and values. Contribute to the profitability of the hotel through effective cost management. Key Responsibilities: To work with the management team ensuring the smooth running of the hotel operation. Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department at all times. To work and lead through the Company s Proud Values: We meet every guest with a smile, a greeting and an enquiry. We are proud of our work, and respect everyone we work with. Proactively plan to ensure each department is prepared for service based on awareness of business in the hotel. Maximise sales and profitability through creating an environment where staff are selling and up selling, using incentives and promotions etc.
