We are recruiting on behalf of our client a hugely popular contemporary 4 star luxury hotel in Co. Cork. They are seeking a vibrant and ambitious candidate with a strong knowledge of food/beverage and current hospitality trends. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality and exceptional customer service, willing to share their passion for the industry. You will be working in an environment where consistency in customer service is key and you must be a genuine people person as this is a hands-on role. This person will play an integral role in taking this chic hotel to new and exciting heights. If you have the vision and experience to help drive this privately run hotel forward this could be the role for you. Skills Requirements
Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course. Previous 4 star managerial experience in an English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the hotel including F&B, Front Office, Accommodation. Must have a sound background in Food trends, be passionate about and understand new food ideas etc. This role will involve leading, inspiring and motivating the different hotel teams to exceed guest expectations. Can bring that interest and ambition to the table.
