Rafters Café is a full service day time restaurant seating 120 customers. We are recruiting a restaurant Catering Manager to oversee the daily operations of a very busy day time restaurant. The successful canidate must be driven, self motivated and be very customer focussed.

Skills Requirements

The ideal canidate must have experience in managing a similar operation at a senior level for at least 3 years. He/she must have knowledge of current health and safety legislation and be familiar with H.A.C.C.P. Experience in leading and motivating a large team of people would be an advantage. He/she wil be responsible for controlling costs, monitoring portion control, minimising waste while ensuring a high standard of product and service to all customers.
