Description

To oversee the daily running of a busy, award winning Italian chain restaurant. To carry out staff training & maintain service standards. To liaise with the Head Chef & ensure service is carried out smoothly & efficiently. To cash up on a shift basis & be responsible for the weekly banking reconciliation. At least two years supervisory or management in a similar restaurant environment. In depthe wine knowledge is preferrable but not essential. Haccp knowledge & Food Hygiene certificates essential as is fluent English.
