Duties and Responsibilities: Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries. Dealing with queries from clients at reception. Coordinating the diary for negotiators. General administration and file organisation. Updating property listings and websites on a daily basis. Follow up calls to tenants and landlords after property viewings. Updating client database. Candidate: Knowledge of Property market is essential. Good communication skills. Good speaking voice. `Team Player` but also able to work on own initiative when necessary. The applicant must have an excellent knowledge of Cork City.
