ummary: NOONAN is seeking to hire Security Officers on a part-time and full-time basis for multiple sites across the region. The roles on offer encompass entry level security roles through to specialist assignments. These positions have different requirements in hours which will be discussed at interview. Role: NOONAN has been trusted by organisations across the nation to provide security for their facilities, assets and staff. We are now seeking to grow the teams across multiple sites and are seeking candidates who want to grow their experience and work with the leading provider in the industry. Responsibilities: Providing a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction. Dealing with conflict and diffusing situations. Dealing with emergencies and liaising with Garda and emergency services if necessary Restraining / Escorting individuals from areas (if applicable). Continual patrol of the site. Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas

Skills Requirements

Essential Competencies: Applicants must have relevant PSA license or be in the process of securing it. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role. Drivers Licence is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English. Must have a professional manner to deal with difficult, sometimes stressful and physically challenging situations.
