Training / E-Learning Officer – Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups – Dublin

Location: Richmond Office Suite, Morning Star Avenue, Dublin 7
Reports to: Training and Communications Manager
Hours of work: 26 hours per week (preferably mornings)
Job Purpose: To manage training and E-learning  activities for Carmichael Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Main duties:

Market and promote Carmichael Centre training programmes
Manage training and development plans and budgets
Identify and develop new market opportunities for training services within the Community and Voluntary Sector
Manage logistics and fee payments for training programmes including liaison with client organisations, trainers and trainees
Liaise with IT/e-Learning Partner Company and Training Manager on development of ELearning programmes
Manage and develop SalesForce contacts database mass and targeted emails
Manage requests and follow-up for training, both scheduled and customised
Provide support for the development of funding applications
Organise and administer training and information events, including print and online materials
Monitor and evaluate courses and training programmes and prepare reports on same
Liaise with Training Manager, Communications Officer and Training Administrator on ongoing programmes

Experience in training and E-learning
Experience of the Community and Voluntary Sector in a paid or voluntary capacity
Experience in database management
Experience in budget planning and control
Proficient knowledge of database, IT applications and social media platforms
