Senior Commis Chef – Lough Allen Hotel & Spa

Vacancy in the main kitchen brigade principally for prep. of bar/brasserie type food. The candidate will have a broad understanding of cooking processes and will be expected (after training) to operate independently in the bar food section. The position will be under the supervision of the Head Chef. Applicants: Should have a good knowledge of HACCP. Should be a good team worker. This position is from March – October 2016.
