Administrator / Accounts Assistant – Artane Coolock Family Resource Centre

The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised qualification in financial accounts or other relevant qualification.
At least 2 years’ experience of office management/administration including bookkeeping, budgeting, financial returns, payroll, computerized accounts invoicing and online banking
Excellent IT skills and be proficient in Office Software in Word and Excel and Outlook.
Experience in the operation of a petty cash system, filing system and completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Proven organizational, report writing and record keeping skills
An understanding and commitment to the principles of community development and ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work on own initiative.
