The Role:
DITSU is looking to recruit an exceptional individual to provide administrative support on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to undertake and excel at a wide range of administrative duties supporting the Deputy CEO.

Key responsibilities:
Provide administration assistance to the Deputy CEO
Financial Control Assistance to the Deputy CEO
Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time
Essential Skills, Experience & Attributes:
At least 1 years’ experience working in an administration role in a busy and diverse working environment
A minimum of FETAC level 6 qualification in a relevant field
Proven experience in creating and maintaining administrative systems
Proven experience in financial control, including; handling cash, reconciling relevant paperwork
Must have excellent ICT skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understand the importance of work place discretion and confidentiality
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience in a membership led, democratic and/or voluntary sector is an advantage
