Co-ordination with sales and service team and processing of sales/service data. Ensuring incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner. Co-ordination and compilation of reports and other data, as required by your Manager. Cross-utilisation of functions with Service and Sales during absence/busy periods. Skills Requirement: Computer Literacy essential. Ability to work under pressure and excellent telephone manner.
